Stephen J. Worrell

Mr.
Worrell is a native of
Glenwood Springs who receved his B.A. from Colorado State
University and his law degree from the University of Denver
Law School. Following an initial career of litigation-based
private practice in Greeley, Colorado, Mr. Worrell returned
home to his native town in the mid 1980s, to form the firm
1991.
Over
the course of his thirty-plus years of practice, Mr. Worrell
has become well known amongst the legal and local communities
for his handling of complex civil litigation both inside
and outside of Colorado. His cases have included class-action
wrongful death cases resulting from mining disasters, class-action
products liability cases against major automotive manufacturers,
high-profile medical malpractice cases, and litigation involving
beneficiary disputes over large estates.
